ONLY CLUBS NEED TO ORDER A PACKET. 

ZONE, REGION, DISTRICT, AREA PACKETS WILL BE MAILED AUTOMATICALLY.

  • THE JOINT COUNCIL OF GOVERNORS MEETING HOLDS THE FINAL CONTEST (JUNE 11, 2022 this year; next year 2023 is TBD)

  • THE ORGANIZATIONAL MEETING (THE FIRST WEEKEND IN AUGUST This year the meeting will be August 19-21) HOLDS A DISTRICT STUDENT SPEAKERS CHAIRPERSON TRAINING AND Q&A. 

  • THE FALL MEETING (NOVEMBER) WILL BE VIRTUAL SO THE PACKETS FOR THE DISTRICTS AND AREAS WILL BE MAILED WHEN AVAILABLE.

  • THE MID-WINTER MEETING AND MD4 CONVENTION (FEBRUARY 24-26): A STUDENT SPEAKERS SEMINAR FOR ALL IS PRESENTED AT MD4CON; ANY EXTRA MATERIAL IS AVAILABLE TO BE PICKED UP FREE. 

If you miss the October 1st deadline and need a Club packet, please send a request with a $25 check to MD4, 129 Los Aguajes Ave., Santa Barbara, CA 93101
