THE MID-WINTER MEETING AND MD4 CONVENTION (FEBRUARY 24-26): A STUDENT SPEAKERS SEMINAR FOR ALL IS PRESENTED AT MD4CON; ANY EXTRA MATERIAL IS AVAILABLE TO BE PICKED UP FREE.
