Any Club or District may bid to host the meetings.

The Council Chair presides over each meeting.

The District Governors, Vice District Governors and select MD4 Committee members are required to attend such meetings.

All Lions are welcome to attend.

The Caucus is always scheduled on the Friday of the 3 day meetings (Friday - Sunday) and on Tuesday of the 2 day Mid-Winter Meeting, and if any Lion has something to bring before the Council they may after seeking approval from the Council Chair. Please include your District Governor and the MD4 Office with a formal request.
